These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RightValue Chrome extension and this website. By using RightValue, you agree to these Terms.

The service

RightValue is a Google Chrome extension that helps users evaluate property deals more efficiently while browsing property listings online. The extension is provided as-is.

Plans and pricing

  • RightValue Free: 10 clicks every 24 hours at no cost.
  • RightValue Unlimited: Unlimited clicks for £2.99 per month.

Pricing is subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes in advance. Subscription payments are processed through the Chrome Web Store via Google's payment systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use RightValue for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
  • Use automated tools to interact with the extension

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with RightValue are the property of RightValue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

RightValue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The extension will be available at all times without interruption
  • Any information provided by the extension is complete, accurate, or suitable for making financial decisions
  • The extension will work with all property listing websites

RightValue is a research aid, not financial advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making property investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightValue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with RightValue Unlimited, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at hello@rightvalue.co.uk. Refund requests made after 14 days of the original purchase date will not be eligible. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Chrome Web Store or your Google account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RightValue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
